Our company Snails House has been on the market for almost 10 years. The idea of creating a new business for Ukraine arose after a trip to Europe. An unusual gourmet delicacy made a great impression on us, and we wanted to introduce to Ukrainians a new and tasty product.
All Snails House specialists were trained in Europe, after they developed their unique method and technology of growing snails. It was the first snail farm in Ukraine. Today, the farm area is 60 hectares.
Our general manager, Valeriy Ignatov, together with specialists working on the farm, will share his colossal experience, telling about the features of the business, different types of snails, and other things.
The first issue will focus on species such as Helix aspersa Maxima and Helix aspersa Müller.
